Can I place my orders online or do I have to call customer service?
You can do both, we are here to serve you in any and all capacities whether it’s through phone or computer.
How long does it take for an order to reach Allied Eagle once I place it on-line?
We will receive your order usually within 2 - 3 minutes after it’s placed on-line.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been submitted on-line?
No, but you can call customer service to make any changes needed.
Can I return items that I purchased on-line if not used?
Yes, but restrictions may apply. Please contact our customer service team for help with your return
Are SDS (Safety Data Sheet) available on-line?
Yes, just click on the item that you’d like the SDS sheet on and you’ll see the SDS link if available
Can I track my orders?
Yes, please sign up for our Delivery Tracking in order to track your orders, receive alerts, and see real-time delivery progress.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation.
Can I access my prior invoices for a history of what I've bought and how much I've spent up to date?
Yes, once you are logged in to your CSS Online Ordering account you can click on the Orders/Invoices Tab. Then, click on Invoice History in the left-hand menu.
What is the latest time that I can place an order and still get it delivered the next day?
Your order will need to be placed before 3pm to receive your order by the following day (as long as you’re in our delivery area) special order items won’t be delivered next day.
Can I pick my order up at your warehouse if I don’t want it delivered?
Yes, however you’ll need to let our customer service team know that you want to pick up your items at one of our warehouses.
Can I find out who signed for a delivery on-line?
Yes, your delivery receipt can be viewed on-line if available and if it was signed that will also appear in the receipt.
