Can I place my orders online or do I have to call customer service?
You can do both. Click Here to sign up for online ordering, or call us to place an order: (800) 211-6244. 
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, our minimum order* amount is $150.00. Any order not meeting this minimum will be billed a $10.00 "small order processing charge,"* in addition to fuel surcharge and freight. Orders less than $150.00, or outside of the Allied Eagle, Nichols or Tepe delivery area, are subject to delivery charge and handling charges. A fuel surcharge* of $10.00 will be applied to each order. Hazardous chemicals charges may apply. *Fees subject to change at Allied Eagle, Nichols, and Tepe’s discretion.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been submitted online?
No, but you can call or email Customer Service to make any changes needed: (800) 211-6244.
Can I return items that I purchased online if not used?
Yes, but restrictions may apply. Please contact our Customer Service team for help with your return: (800) 211-6244. 
Are SDS (Safety Data Sheets) available online?
Yes, when looking at applicable products in our online catalog, you will be able to click the SDS Sheet PDF link to view or download the SDS for that item. If there is not an SDS available, please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative: (800) 211-6244.
Can I track my orders?
If you have an online ordering account, once you have purchased an order you will be able to see your order status. You can ask Customer Service to sign you up to receive an email alert when your orders go out for delivery. You can also contact Customer Service to get approximate delivery dates and times: (800) 211-6244.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation. 
Can I access my prior invoices for a history of what I've bought and how much I've spent up to date?
Yes, if you have an Online Ordering account with us, you will be able to see up to two years of your past orders and invoices. Once logged in, find the Quick Links section on the left side of your dashboard and click on either “Orders” or “Invoices” to see your records.
What is the latest time that I can place an order and still get it delivered the next day?
Your order will need to be placed before 3pm to receive your order by the following day (as long as you’re in our delivery area). Special order items won’t be delivered next day.
Can I pick my order up at your warehouse if I don’t want it delivered?
Yes, Allied Eagle provides scheduled Will Call pick-up times for those who call ahead. Please call ahead and pay ahead with our Customer Service team to schedule your pick-up time: (800) 211-6244. Will Call is located on Howard St at our red door.
Can I find out who signed for a delivery online?
Yes, if your delivery was signed for, please contact our Customer Service team and they will retrieve that for you.
