We are a family-owned company headquartered in Detroit and have been in business since 1948. We are still here today because we put our customers first. That is what motivates us to continue to do better. We enjoy helping our customers achieve impressive facilities in any way that we can. Our team members come from all over Michigan and Ohio. We know this footprint very well, and we have drive to help businesses grow in our communities. No problem is too big or too small. We figure it out. Our Sales Team

Each of our customers receives their own dedicated Sales Representative. Our Sales Representatives stop by for site visits, create facility improvement plans, assist with training and purchasing, conduct demos, and serve as your in-house expert for creating custom cleaning programs and growing your business. Helping your facilities shine is what we do best!

Our Delivery Drivers

Getting the right products delivered to our customers on their schedule… that’s what we do! Our customers recognize our friendly Delivery Drivers in our Allied trucks, and even get Delivery Tracking alerts on the status of their deliveries. We work with our customers to create custom shipping schedules and deliver to their exact drop-off locations. It’s all about the details for us!

Our Service Team

Our in-house Service Department goes beyond the basics; they provide planned maintenance visits, chemical dispenser reporting, service history records, troubleshooting and tips, and web-connected dispensers for large laundry systems. Our dedicated technicians are always excited to upgrade your commercial laundry and warewash systems, ensure efficient operations, and stop by for commercial equipment repairs.

Our Customer Service Representatives are eager to educate and guide customers. We are ready to answer questions, find solutions, and assist with a smile. We exist to be your partner in maintaining an impressive facility.

Our Warehouse & Logistics Team

Hardworking is an understatement. Our Managers and Warehouse Technicians work their magic behind the scenes that make deliveries possible. They work around the clock (three shifts!) to get the right items ready for our customers. From receiving inventory, loading trucks, routing and dispatching, to will-call pick-up, they go the extra mile to make sure our customers receive the correct products on time.

Our Procurement Team

Our Procurement Team maintains powerful relationships with top-tier manufacturers in the janitorial and sanitation supply industry so that we can provide our customers with the best products. If customers have a need for an item that is not in our catalog, our team works quickly to source specific products that elevate their facility.

Our Finance Team

Our Finance Team is accessible. Our dedicated representatives really get to know our customers and build a rapport with them. To us it’s about helping first… making sure our customers always know who they can talk to and that they will get answers and solutions at Allied Eagle.

Our History

Allied Eagle has operated in different buildings over the years, but our mission hasn’t changed. It has always been about helping our customers elevate their level of clean. This drive to help businesses in our community create clean spaces and make positive impressions continues to motivate us every day. Our Community

We put the “E” in EAGLE because of our “Eager to Help First” attitude. In addition to elevating our customers’ level of clean, we love getting the chance to support their growth, causes, and events. One of our favorite parts of the year is our Annual Customer Appreciation BBQ, where we host our neighbors, customers, and suppliers for some delicious food and fun. Our team members are always excited to get even more involved with helping our local organizations in Michigan and Ohio.
